What methods of payment do you accept?
We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.
How long will it take to ship to my house?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your order before dispatching it. This is mainly due to high volumes of orders we get each and every single day. After dispatching, depending on your country or region it will take approximately on average 5 to 10 business days for it get to you depending on your location. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
What happens if you do not get your package?
Please contact us by email at email@example.com or using our contact form. This is very important to us! We strive for our customer satisfaction. Our goal is to smooth as much as possible your shopping experience. If you do not get your package, we will open an investigation with our Shipping Carriers as to why you have not received that package.
What if I didn’t receive my order after 7-10 business days from the moment of getting the shipment notification?
No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I track my order?
Once you get another email from Blwck, which will include your "order has been shipped" along with your tracking information. You may also use our tracking form. If the tracking number does not work for some reason, please contact us and we will get an update for you.
Returns and refunds
What is our return policy?
Items purchased should be returned new, unopened to us within 30 days of delivery. It should be returned in the same condition you received it, and in original package. Please keep your receipt. Simply contact our support team at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding your return. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We encourage customers to carefully read our return policy to ensure that your purchase is eligible for return in order to avoid disappointment.
Any return made after the 30 days window will be rejected. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
Return, Cancelation & Refund Policy?
Blwck will accept any cancelations or refunds within 24-hours upon purchase. However, any cancellations and refunds are subject to a $5 USD penalty cost for processing fees.
My existing order
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted, within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
